Frédéric Madore Nadeau

Associate

Frédéric is an Associate in KRB’s Business Law group. Prior to joining the team, he acquired significant experience at an international law firm. Frédéric’s practice focuses primarily on M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate financing. He has been involved in a wide array of transactions involving the purchase and sale of businesses and the negotiation of various commercial agreements, regularly assisting clients throughout all stages of their businesses’ development. Pragmatic and strategic, Frédéric prides himself on his ability to provide quality, value-add services, while taking into account the human issues that influence business relationships.

Over the course of his career, he has also represented clients before various bodies, including appeal tribunals, and accompanied them through all stages of litigation.

Frédéric completed his legal studies at the University of Laval, where he interned with two Superior Court Judges, and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2020.

Representative Work

Acted on behalf of Phoenix Partners in the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Alimentation Dynamic Inc. and Artic Blast MTL Inc. companies involved in the processing and distribution of meat products. Alimentation Dynamic Inc. is best known for distributing products under the “Furca” brand name

Acted for Olivier Charest and Denis Charest in the sale of all their shares in 9413-1778 Québec Inc (SCP) and Service Cité Propre Inc. to Environmental 360 Solutions Inc, one of North America’s leading environmental management companies.

Acted of behalf of the shareholders of the clinics operating under the Axo Physio banner in their sale of all shares to Groupe Santé Universelle Inc., a subsidiary of Lifemark Health Corp.

Acted in connection with the financing of the acquisition of majority interest of an entity operating in the telecommunications industry responsible for distributing and selling products throughout Canada
