Stéphane Martin

Stéphane is a member of KRB’s Banking and Finance group whose practice focuses on financing and banking law, including asset-based lending, syndicated lending and structured finance, among other, in addition to real estate law and corporate and commercial law. Stéphane is regularly involved in setting up a number of large-scale financing projects in the Greater Quebec City area.

Prior to joining the team, he was a Partner at a top-tier national firm. Stéphane regularly represents financial institutions, corporate borrowers and real estate owners, and has worked with businesses operating in different industries. He additionally has a wide array of experience in respect of corporate law matters, having supported clients in respect of mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and shareholder matters.
