Zuzana Mickova

Zuzana is KRB’s Vice-President of Human Resources and brings with her over fourteen years of HR operations and management experience gained in various fast-paced industries, where she occupied the roles of Human Resources Advisor and Director of Human Resources.

A pragmatic and collaborative leader with a wide array of knowledge in various facets of HR, Zuzana contributes to KRB’s growth by implementing various talent acquisition and retention strategies, advising and counseling managers, implementing development programs and, most importantly, ensuring the wellbeing of KRB’s employees.

In 2019, Zuzana was the recipient of the Prix Reconnaissance RH in the Health and Wellness category presented by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
