Olivia Toussaint-Martin

Olivia is an Associate in KRB’s Business Law group whose practice focuses primarily on commercial, regulatory, privacy and technology law, although she is also recognized for her proficiency in health law.

Prior to joining KRB, she held the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs and Senior Legal Counsel for a public company recognized as a leader in the virtual health field. Olivia additionally worked as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer for a reputable national law firm and as a legal strategy and AI consultant for the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services.

With a wealth of experience in both the public and private spheres, she is regularly called upon to represent and advise companies and public organizations in respect of their business projects and regulatory compliance strategies. Olivia’s adaptability enables her to support clients in all their business needs and to propose tailored, pragmatic solutions.

Olivia completed her legal studies at McGill University, later completing a graduate program in health policy and economics at the London School of Political Science and Economics.
