Kristina A. Fundaro

Associate

Kristina is an Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. She first joined the team as a Paralegal and later completed her articles with the firm in 2022. Kristina earned her LL.B. from the University of York, where she graduated with honours. Prior to joining KRB, Kristina volunteered at a legal clinic and completed an internship at a Montreal corporate services firm.

In her practice, she regularly represents various lenders and corporate borrowers in respect of a broad range of secured lending transactions.

Representative Work

Acted on behalf of a full-service distribution company, offering turn-key solutions which enabling sports and lifestyle brands in Canada to grow their businesses, in respect of the amendment of a syndicated loan for the purposes of financing said client’s current operations and funding the expansion of its operations in the U.S.
