Amanda Gutberg

Amanda is a Notary in KRB’s Real Estate group with experience in many aspects of the traditional notarial practice and a focus on real estate law. Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous financings and immoveable transactions and has considerable experience in title examinations, providing title opinions and drafting various notarial deeds. Amanda also offers her clients services such as the preparation and execution of their last will and testaments, protection mandates and powers of attorney. In addition, she completed her certification in order to complete non-contentious procedures before the Notary and can guide her clients through all necessary steps involved in homologating a protection mandate, opening a protective supervision regime and attending to the probate of a will.

Amanda obtained civil and notarial law degrees from the University of Montreal, after having earned a bachelor’s degree with high honours in criminology at Carleton University. She was admitted to the Quebec Chamber of Notaries in 2013.
