Claudia is a Partner in KRB’s Business Law group whose practice includes a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters. Her expertise lies in domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. Prior to joining the team, Claudia practiced at a leading Canadian law firm, contributing to noteworthy transactions across several sectors, such as manufacturing, services, transportation, healthcare and technology.

Clients value Claudia for her pragmatic, hands-on approach as she guides them through key transaction stages, including structuring, drafting and negotiating key transaction documentation as well as managing the due diligence process.

Claudia completed her legal studies at the University of Montreal, notably studying abroad in both Spain and China, and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2010. Passionate about learning new languages, she is fluent in English, French, German and Romanian, and has a functional understanding of Spanish.

Acted on behalf of a TSX-listed company operating Canada’s leading network of dental practices in respect of a series of dental clinic acquisitions located throughout Canada

Acted on behalf of an Italian manufacturer and supplier of food supplements, probiotics, medical devices and cosmetics in respect of its acquisition of a Canadian company operating in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical industry

Acted on behalf of a global renewable resource company in respect of its acquisition of a Canadian pulp and paper mill and related assets in Quebec

Acted on behalf of a private equity firm in respect of its acquisition of a leading international manufacturer and distributor of high-quality dye sets, components, steel plates and metal fabrications, and of a custom steel fabrication centre and supplier to the mining, construction and locomotive industries, from a partnership operating companies in the manufacturing sector
