Alex Karambatsos

Alex is a corporate/commercial and real estate lawyer with experience in coordinating various litigation matters. Prior to co-founding KRB, he was a Partner at a Montreal-based boutique corporate law firm specializing in advising entrepreneurs and small business owners in respect of a wide range of matters. Alex specializes in helping his clients navigate day-to-day legal and business matters and manage the growth of young businesses by ensuring that they have a strong legal foundation.
