Natasa Karambatsos

Natasa is the Managing Partner of KRB and a senior member of its Business Law group. She spent eight years working as Director of Corporate Strategy (North America and Europe) and General Counsel of a corporate group based in New York City and London, following a six-year tenure as a private equity and M&A attorney at a top-tier national law firm. In the former role, Natasa oversaw commercial, transactional and legal matters for a corporate portfolio with operations in 100+ cities, and was responsible for investment review and risk management in Canada and the U.S.

A skilled negotiator with a strong understanding of C-suite business imperatives (including in the areas of finance, operations and technology), she integrates a deeply operational mindset with extensive experience in the areas of transactional, commercial and general business law in both the U.S. and Canada. This experience includes the negotiation and drafting of transactional and general business agreements (including purchase and sale, distribution, supply, joint venture, teaming, technology, licensing/cross-licensing, security holders, restrictive, executive compensation and media agreements). Natasa has successfully negotiated transactions with some of the highest-profile companies in the world, including Google, ABC-Disney, Comcast-NBC, Visa, American Express, Bank of America, PayPal, and Lyft.

Natasa is a member of both the New York Bar and Quebec Bar.
