Natasa Karambatsos is the Managing Director of KRB and a senior member of its M&A Group. Natasa spent eight years working as Director of Corporate Strategy (North America and Europe) and General Counsel of a corporate group based in New York City and London, following a six year tenure as a private equity and M&A attorney at a top-tier national law firm. In the former role, Natasa oversaw commercial, transactional, and legal matters for a corporate portfolio with operations in 100+ cities, and was responsible for investment review and risk management in Canada and the U.S.
A skilled negotiator with a strong understanding of C-suite business imperatives (including in the areas of finance, operations, and technology), Natasa integrates a deeply operational mindset with extensive experience in the areas of transactional, commercial, and general business law in both the U.S. and Canada. This experience includes negotiating and drafting transactional and general business agreements (including purchase and sale, distribution, supply, joint venture, teaming, technology, licensing/cross-licensing, security holders, restrictive, executive compensation, and media agreements).
She has successfully negotiated complex transactions and multi-party agreements with some of the highest-profile companies in the world, including Google, ABC-Disney, Comcast-NBC, Visa, American Express, Bank of America, PayPal, and Lyft.
Natasa is a member of the New York Bar and the Quebec Bar.
