Paul Déry-Goldberg

Paul is a Partner in KRB’s Litigation group and joins the team having practiced as a litigator at a reputable Quebec-based firm for over ten years. He specializes in commercial and civil litigation, with extensive experience representing his clients before all levels of court and tribunals in the Province of Quebec, specialized federal courts and tribunals in Canada and international courts of arbitration. Paul’s areas of expertise cover all aspects of business litigation, as well as estate litigation, disciplinary law, shareholder disputes and the legal framework of real estate brokerage.
