Patricia Bejide

Patricia is an Associate in KRB’s Ottawa office practicing in Banking and Finance, with a focus on commercial real estate, corporate finance, banking law and corporate/commercial law. She works with a variety of clients, including financial institutions and private lenders. Patricia is an effective communicator who prioritizes a collaborative approach with her clients to ensure their needs are met.

Prior to joining KRB, she began her career at a full-service regional firm in Ottawa, where she worked on a variety of transactional matters such as private M&A and residential real estate. Patricia completed her legal studies at McGill University in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. During her studies, she completed a private equity internship at the Paris office of an international law firm. She also clerked at Montreal’s municipal court and was involved in McGill’s Legal Information Clinic, where she provided legal information to underserved communities in the city.

Outside her practice, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, reading and discovering new restaurants.
