Polystyvert Inc. Secures $16M in Series B Funding

Polystyvert Inc., a Montreal-based company pioneering revolutionary polystyrene recycling technology, successfully embarked on its Series B financing journey. Our Emerging and Growth Companies team comprised of lawyers Laurie McQueen and Valerio Arcobelli helped in facilitating this critical phase of their growth.

During this Series B round, Polystyvert Inc. has successfully raised over $16 million as an initial investment, enabling the company to scale operations, expand its market reach, accelerate product development and ultimately build it’s first Québec plant.

Polystyvert is renowned for its patented dissolution and purification technology, which facilitates the transformation of highly contaminated polystyrene waste into premium-grade materials.
