Yasmine Sentissi

Yasmine is an Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. She regularly represents institutional and private lenders and corporate borrowers in a wide range of secured lending transactions.

Prior to joining the team, Yasmine worked at a large international law firm in New York, where she represented investment banks, commercial banks and borrowing companies in various complex financing transactions, including acquisition financing, asset-based lending and cross-border operations.

Yasmine began her legal studies in Montreal and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018. She later completed her studies at Columbia University School of Law, graduated with distinction and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2023.
