Vivianne Lapointe

Vivianne is a real estate and corporate lawyer with over 12 years of experience in both private practice and senior in-house roles. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate and financing transactions.

Before joining KRB, Vivianne was the head of legal for a multinational investment group, where she oversaw legal operations across Canada, the U.S., and Europe. She provided strategic counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and corporate governance for a diverse portfolio, including real estate and technology investments. Prior to that, she held senior legal roles at major real estate development firms, advising on high-profile projects and complex transactions.

Vivianne began her career at a top-tier Canadian law firm, working on high-value financings, acquisitions, and leasing matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2012. Trilingual in French, English, and Spanish, she brings a pragmatic and strategic approach to her practice.
