Vincent Robert

Lawyer

Vincent is a lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial and the Real Estate and Financing groups, whose practice focuses on real estate and transactional law. Prior to joining KRB as an articling student in January 2017, Vincent obtained a civil law degree from the University of Sherbrooke. During his studies, he was admitted to the cooperative program, which allowed him to complete several internships in-house at a Montreal-based company operating in the bio-refineries and renewable energy sector, with activities in Alberta, the United States and Europe.

Since being called to the Quebec Bar in 2017, Vincent has worked in close collaboration with clients and senior attorneys at the office to help oversee and manage complex closings, and has developed an astute understanding of the importance of process management in real estate and M&A transactions. In addition, Vincent regularly assists our clients, whether owners or tenants, with the drafting and negotiation of their commercial, industrial and office leases.
