Veronique Cohen


Veronique is an Associate in KRB’s M&A/Corporate and Commercial Group. Prior to joining the team, she worked at a boutique law firm specializing in corporate law and litigation, where she was responsible for leading client meetings, drafting share purchase agreements and editing privacy policies. Veronique later worked in-house in the contracts department of a global aerospace company, where she was responsible for drafting contract clauses and templates for the company.

She completed her civil and common law degrees at the University of Montreal, where she was also President of the Jewish Law Students Association and organized large fundraising events for the Montreal legal community. Veronique also participated in a national securities moot court competition in Toronto, where she was awarded the highest-scoring oralist for the University of Montreal team.
