Veronique Cohen is a stagiaire at KRB Lawyers. Veronique completed her civil and common law degrees at the Université de Montréal. During her studies, Veronique was President of the Association des étudiants juifs en droit de l’Université de Montréal, where she organized large fundraising events for the Montreal legal community. Veronique also participated in a national securities moot court competition in Toronto, where she was awarded the highest-scoring oralist for the Université de Montréal team.
Prior to joining KRB, Veronique worked at a boutique law firm specializing in business and litigation, where she was responsible for leading client meetings, drafting share purchase agreements, and editing privacy policies. Veronique later worked in-house in the contracts department of a global aerospace company where she was responsible for drafting contract clauses and templates for the company.
