Valerio Arcobelli

Valerio is an Associate in KRB’s M&A/Corporate and Commercial Group, and more specifically KRB’s Emerging Companies Group. He joined the team as an Articling Student in the summer of 2022 after completing his legal studies at the University of Ottawa, where he graduated with summa cum laude honors. During his studies, Valerio gained practical experience working as a student at a boutique firm in the corporate and real estate sectors.

His practice focuses on start-ups, venture capital, private equity and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Valerio represents emerging companies in various industries, investors and private corporations. He assists clients with their corporate, commercial and venture capital transactions, including guiding them throughout all stages of financing and regularly assists with due diligence, venture capital investments, purchase and sale transactions and drafting commercial agreements.
