Steven is a Canadian Legal Advisor in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. Prior to joining the team, he practiced at a major international law firm in New York, where he represented investment and commercial banks and corporate borrowers in various complex financing transactions, including leveraged financings, acquisition financings, asset-based loans and cross-border transactions.

Steven completed his legal studies at Columbia Law School and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2016.

Acted on behalf of a lead arranger of letter of credit facilities for an automotive rental company (USD$400M)

Acted on behalf of a lender with respect to a USD$650M financing for a sanitation services provider

Acted on behalf of an administrative agent in connection with repricing and upsizing of a term loan and revolving credit facilities in excess of USD$700M for an industrial equipment manufacturer

Acted on behalf of a lender with respect to a USD$250M financing in connection with a private equity company’s acquisition of an eating disorder treatment centre

Acted on behalf of an investment management company in connection with subscription facilities for several private equity funds
