Sam Bendayan

Associate

Sam is an Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance Group. His practice focuses on banking and real estate law. He regularly represents chartered banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including real estate and corporate financing, and asset-based lending.

Sam has significant experience with CMHC-insured loans, real estate construction financing, and the acquisition financing of assets and businesses. Known for his pragmatic, detail-oriented approach, he delivers practical legal solutions that safeguard his clients’ interests while ensuring the successful completion of their transactions.

Sam earned his law degree from McGill University. During his studies, he gained valuable experience as a legal intern at a New York City-based hedge fund and later as a case analyst at a legal tech start-up.
