Sam Bendayan

Associate

Sam is an Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance group and joined the team following the completion of his articles with the firm. In his practice, he regularly represents various lenders and corporate borrowers in respect of a broad range of secured lending transactions. Pragmatic and business-minded with keen attention to detail, Sam is passionate about real estate and financing, and is committed to protecting clients’ interests while ensuring that their transactions come to fruition.

Sam completed his legal studies at McGill University, during which time he also worked as a Case Analyst at legal tech start-up, refining his legal research and analytical skills, and later as a Legal Intern at a New York City-based hedge fund, where he was involved in the legal and business aspects of a shareholder activism campaign. He additionally acted as the Curriculum Director of McGill’s Legal Outreach Program, developing case-based lessons in respect of various legal topics to be taught at the high school level.
