Sabrina Crespi

Sabrina is a Notary in KRB’s Real Estate group experienced in various facets of the traditional notarial practice, having operated a private practice for seven years. In doing so, she has overseen a variety of financing and immovable property transactions. Sabrina has significant experience performing title examinations, drafting title opinions and various notarial deeds, and in the preparation and execution of wills, protection mandates and powers of attorney. Certified to complete non-contentious procedures before the notary, Sabrina helps her clients navigate the steps required to homologate a protection mandate, open a protective supervision regime and with will probation. She also enjoys officiating marriages and civil unions.

Sabrina obtained her degrees in civil and notarial law from University of Montreal after having obtained an undergraduate degree with honours in commerce at Concordia University. With a background in sales and marketing, she values the importance of being attentive to her client’s needs and concerns.
