Sabine Audette-Hall

Senior Associate

Sabine is a Senior Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. Her practice focuses on secured lending, equipment, asset and project financing, as well as general corporate and commercial law for corporations and financial institutions. She has considerable experience in the drafting and negotiation of agreements with local and international counterparts. Combining her legal knowledge with an operational mindset, Sabine provides her clients with practical and efficient advice.

Prior to joining KRB, Sabine began her career at a top-tier Canadian law firm, specializing in banking law and financial services. She then moved to an in-house position with a fast-growing Quebec-based global manufacturer, where her responsibilities included advising upper management on legal risks and the drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements.

Outside of the office, Sabine is on the Board of Directors of Taking Root, a social reforestation organisation that finances its activities by selling carbon credits.

Representative Work

Acted on behalf of a major Canadian chartered bank in respect of the granting of credit facilities to a special purpose vehicle comprised of three local real estate development groups in connection with the equity take-out and construction of a build-to-suit, single-tenant fulfilment centre located in Vaudreuil-Dorion and leased to a big-box retailer
