Roy Cheung

Roy is an Associate in the KRB’s Business Law group, practicing in the Commercial, Privacy and IT subset. He joins the team following the completion of a summer internship and his articles with the firm. Specializing in general commercial services for companies, Roy guides clients through complex contract negotiations and advises on issues related to privacy and data governance. His commitment to operational efficiency and his ability to find practical solutions ensure effective management of both daily operations and strategic transactions for clients.

Throughout his studies, Roy represented his law faculty in the student section of the Canadian Bar Association in Quebec and presided on the Labor and Employment Law Association at the University of Ottawa, helping his team win the Club of the Year award.

Passionate about language, he is fluent in French, English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
