Nathaniel is a lawyer in our finance group. He has broad experience in several areas of law, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, bankruptcy and restructuring, and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining KRB, Nathaniel practiced in the litigation group of a major international law firm and completed his articles at another national law firm in Toronto. He also performed a significant amount of community development work in Montreal over the course of several years. In addition to his legal studies, Nathaniel recently completed a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University Extension School, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s List Academic Achievement Award.
Nathaniel is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Barreau du Quebec.
