Marta Recinos


Marta is an Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance Group whose practice focuses primarily on secured lending and real estate transactions. She represents both institutional lenders and borrowers in various industries in connection with their financing/secured lending and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the KRB team, Marta led a number of corporate financial transactions as a corporate trustee, including debt instrument issuances, credit facility replacements, special purpose vehicle implementations, as well as different roles pertaining to public-private partnerships (PPP). Throughout the course of her career, including prior to her legal career in the financial services sector, she has developed a deep understanding of the legal and commercial terms related to various financing transactions, including in connection with aviation financing, which has afforded her the opportunity to develop a highly practical and business-oriented mindset in the provision of legal services to various stakeholders in finance sector.
