Marta is a financing attorney at KRB, whose practice focuses primarily on secured lending and real estate transactions. She represents both institutional lenders and borrowers in various industries in connection with her practice sector.

Prior to joining KRB, Marta led a number of corporate financial transactions, as a corporate trustee, including debt instruments issuances, credit facilities replacements, special purpose vehicles implementations, as well as different roles pertaining to public-private partnerships (PPP). Throughout the course of her career, including, prior to her legal career in the financial services sector, Marta has developed a deep understanding of the legal and commercial terms related to varied financing transactions, including in connection with aviation financing, which have afforded her the opportunity to develop a highly practical and business-oriented mindset in the provision of legal services to various stakeholders in the area of finance.
