Jordan is a partner in KRB’s Business Law group, where he guides clients through pivotal stages of growth and transformation. He advises start-ups, high-growth companies, and established organizations across a broad range of sectors, including aviation, hospitality, retail, food and agriculture, healthcare, technology, automotive, and manufacturing.

His practice encompasses domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters. Jordan also structures and negotiates commercial agreements and shareholder arrangements, balancing the immediate priorities of each transaction with longer-term business objectives.
