Jonathan Kwok

Jonathan is an Associate in KRB’s Business Law group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. He assists clients with a range of corporate and commercial matters, including purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations and governance, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Before embarking on his legal career, Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University and gained practical experience within a family-owned manufacturing business. This background enables him to provide legal advice informed by a practical, business-oriented perspective.
