Jennifer Hava

Jennifer is a member of KRB’s Litigation group, having previously practiced at boutique general practice firms in Montreal. Her primary practice focuses on general civil and commercial litigation, with particular expertise in construction and real estate litigation. Jennifer has been called to plead and conduct representations before the different courts and judicial authorities of Quebec.

As a litigator, she adopts a pragmatic and effective approach to her files. Jennifer completed her legal studies at the University of Ottawa and the University of Sherbrooke, and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018. Prior to her legal studies, she completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science from Concordia University.
