Jasmine Huard

Associate

Jasmine is an Associate in KRB’s real estate group. She joined the team after completing two student internships and her Bar internship at the firm. Her expertise spans a wide range of matters, particularly in commercial real estate.

Driven by a solid understanding of business objectives, she works closely with clients in the development, investment, and property management sectors, advising them on complex transactions involving structuring, lender and borrower-side financing, leasing, acquisition, and sale of industrial, commercial, and multi-residential properties. Jasmine is known for her ability to manage files with precision and a business-focused approach, consistently prioritizing her clients’ specific financial interests throughout the decision-making process.

Jasmine completed her legal studies at the University of Sherbrooke, where she was also awarded the Insolvency Institute of Canada’s scholarship in Insolvency Studies. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2023.
