Hala Zeidan

Hala is an Articling Student at KRB who rejoins the team after completing a summer internship with the firm in 2022. Prior to pursuing a degree in law at the University of Montreal, she obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science (with a minor in Social Entrepreneurship) from McGill University in 2020. Throughout her studies, Hala was an executive member of the University of Montreal’s Constitutional Law Committee.

Hala has a particular interest in M&A and wishes to perfect her legal research and drafting skills and deepen her understanding of all the steps involved in a merger and acquisition deal.
