Hala Zeidan

Hala is an Associate at KRB in the Business Law team, having previously completed two internships with the firm, one in 2022 and another in the Corporate Services team in early 2024. With a degree in Political Science and Social Entrepreneurship from McGill University, she has a keen interest in M&A and supporting entrepreneurs in their business journeys.

Hala’s experience includes an internship at Radio-Canada, where she gained insights into consumer protection and enterprise law, as well as active participation in the University of Montreal’s Constitutional Law Committee.
