Hala Zeidan

Hala is an Articling Student at KRB who rejoins the team after completing a summer internship with the firm in 2022. Prior to pursuing a career in law, she obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science (with a specialization in Social Entrepreneurship and Islamic Studies) from McGill University in 2020. In joining the KRB team, Hala hopes to deepen her understanding of legal concepts, perfect her legal drafting skills and further develop her practical skills as it pertains to transactional law, with a particular interest in the areas of Banking and Finance and M&A.

Throughout her studies, Hala was an active member of the University of Montreal’s Law Students’ Association and volunteered at the university’s Mobile Legal Clinic in 2022 and 2023.
