George Maughan

George is a partner in KRB’s Business Law group. Leveraging experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, he advises on domestic and international acquisitions, commercial financing, complex transactions, and strategic corporate and commercial matters.

George holds an MBA from the Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management and began his legal career at top-tier international law firms. During his tenure, he advised a wide range of stakeholders on high-profile transactions, including credit facility financings and other large-scale deals across multiple industries.

More recently, George managed the legal department of a multinational distributor of electronic components. His extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law enables him to support clients in navigating complex mandates with a strategic and business-focused approach.
