François Landry

François (Frank) is a Partner in KRB’s Banking and Finance group practicing in the areas of corporate/commercial and real estate law with a focus on secured financing, M&A and real estate acquisition and development. He has acted for a wide array of clients, including major financial institutions, private lenders, crown corporations and mid-market Canadian companies. Frank has extensive business experience, which allows him to uniquely understand his clients’ specific legal needs. He has a demonstrated ability to explain complex issues and bring clarity and direction to client’s situation, offering sound and practical recommendations.

Prior to joining KRB, Frank practiced law with a prominent national law firm. He attended the University of Ottawa, where he studied business and political science before completing his studies in law.
