François Landry

Partner

François (Frank) is a Partner in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. He practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, as well as real estate law, with a particular focus on secured financing, M&A, and real estate acquisition and development.

He has acted for a diverse range of clients, including major financial institutions, private lenders, crown corporations, and mid-market Canadian companies. Frank combines deep business expertise with legal acumen to deliver strategic guidance and clarity on complex issues, enabling clients to make well-informed decisions. He is known for his ability to understand each client’s specific legal needs, ensuring tailored and practical solutions that support their business objectives.

Before joining KRB, Frank practiced law with a prominent national law firm. He pursued studies in business and political science at the University of Ottawa before obtaining his law degree.
