Diana Mazloum

Diana is an associate in KRB’s Real Estate Group. She specializes in commercial real estate acquisitions, where she represents clients on both the buy-side and sell-side of deals, involving a broad spectrum of commercial properties. Diana’s practice also includes real estate financing, advising both lenders and borrowers on securing financing and negotiating loan agreements for commercial real estate projects.

Diana also has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial leasing agreements for a wide range of businesses.

Before joining KRB, Diana worked as an associate at a top-tier, international, full-service law firm, where she honed her expertise in real estate law.

Diana is admitted to practice in Quebec and in New York.
