David Aronoff

Associate

David is an Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. Prior to joining the team in 2021, he earned his civil and common law degrees at McGill University where, during his studies, he held the position of Senior Editor of the McGill Law Journal.

David regularly represents various financial institutions, ranging from Canadian chartered banks to private lenders, in respect of a broad range of banking and finance transactions and corporate borrowers in respect of various real estate related financial transactions. Serious and diligent, his strong attention to detail allows him to provide a comprehensive approach to his practice and to find innovative solutions to best advise his clients.

Representative Work

Acted on behalf of a Canadian chartered bank in respect of the construction financing of three Class “A” certified carbon-zero industrial buildings totaling nearly 600,000 sq. ft. and located in Kirkland

Acted on behalf of a major Canadian chartered bank in respect of the granting of credit facilities to a special purpose vehicle comprised of three local real estate development groups in connection with the equity take-out and construction of a build-to-suit, single-tenant fulfilment centre located in Vaudreuil-Dorion and leased to a big-box retailer
