Daniel Prudkov

Associate

Daniel is an Associate in KRB’s Real Estate Group. Regularly acting for a wide array of clients ranging from SMEs to institutional lenders, his aim is unequivocal: to make his clients’ goals a reality. Daniel’s focus on pragmatism and critical thinking in a transactional setting allows him to analyze the issues his clients face and to propose practical, efficient solutions. From the beginning of his legal career, he has understood the importance of incorporating his clients’ business objectives into his decision-making process, truly embodying the firm’s approach whereby its attorneys act not only as legal advisors, but additionally offer finely-tuned business counsel.

Daniel first joined KRB in 2019 as a Summer Student and later completed his articles with the firm after having graduated with distinction from the University of Ottawa, where he also founded the university’s Real Estate Law Association.

Outside of work, Daniel holds leadership roles for both social and political initiatives and enjoys volunteering for various charitable organizations.

Acted for a major player in the Canadian real estate market in its strategic investment in a prominent real estate project located in Downtown Montreal

Regularly acts for various financial institutions advising them with respect to secured loans and implementing security packages in the context of real estate transactions

Acted for an out-of-province institutional investor in their purchase and leaseback of an industrial property located,  in Laval, Quebec

Acted for a consortium of investors in the acquisition and borrower-side acquisition financing of 4 rental properties comprised of over 280 units in Montreal, Quebec

Advised First National Financial LP in its $42.5M financing of an iconic high rise mixed-use complex situated in the heart of Downtown Montreal

Acted for a prominent Montreal real estate investor in its purchase of 114-unit multi-residential building in Montreal, Quebec

Acted for a client in its purchase of a portfolio of 4 properties comprised of 140,000 square feet of industrial buildings and an additional 8.50 acres of undeveloped land
