Cory Klumak is an Associate in our Banking & Finance Group. He completed his legal studies in England at University of London in common law and graduated with distinction. While pursuing his studies in London, Cory was elected President of the Law Society and was team captain of the University’s Varsity Ice Hockey team. Upon returning to Montreal, Cory obtained his civil law equivalency at the University of Montreal. Prior to law, Cory obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, and further expanded on his business acumen obtaining a Graduate Degree in Finance.
Cory has obtained professional experience as a summer student at a local law firm specializing in corporate, tax and real estate law. More recently, Cory gained invaluable real estate experience working within the legal affairs department for one of the largest private industrial real estate holders in Eastern Canada with offices located across Quebec and the United States, where his work was focused on the areas of acquisition, construction, leasing and litigation matters.
