Christopher A. Guaiani


Christopher is an associate at KRB Law and practices in civil and commercial litigation. He has experience pleading before the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Québec.

Christopher obtained his Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor from Université de Montréal in June 2017 and was called to the Québec Bar in 2019. He began his legal career at a well-established mid-sized Montréal law firm that specializes in intellectual property law, where he worked both as a summer and articling student. He immediately developed a passion for litigation and was involved in the preparation of trials before the Superior Court of Québec and the Federal Court. He also assisted in the preparation of an appeal before the Federal Court of Appeal.

Before pursuing legal studies, he obtained a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University, where he graduated with distinction. In 2013, he received the Science College Academic Achievement Award from the Faculty of Arts and Science.
