Charles-Olivier Murray

Associate

Charles-Olivier is an associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and real estate financing matters, including syndicated loans, asset-based lending, refinancing, and restructuring. With a disciplined and business-oriented approach, he advises financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and real estate developers on complex transactions.

He works closely with clients in the finance and real estate sectors, providing strategic legal advice on loan structuring, security documentation, and transaction management. Known for his collaborative and detail-oriented style, Charles-Olivier delivers practical, result-driven solutions aligned with his clients’ commercial objectives.

Prior to joining KRB, he practiced in Ottawa at a leading independent law firm with national recognition. Outside of his practice, he serves on the board of directors of the Crown Society of Canada.
