Cettina Ragusa

Cettina is an attorney in KRB’s Real Estate group with over twenty years of experience representing a wide array of clients across a full range of commercial matters, including in respect of the purchase and sale of commercial and mixed-use properties and their respective financings, as well as commercial leasing. She negotiates leases for office buildings, mixed-use properties, industrial projects, shopping centers, restaurants and other service establishments, and represents clients ranging from property developers and hotel operators to management companies. In addition to having obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa, Cettina is a certified mediator in matters relating to commercial, civil and labour disputes.
