  • Acted on behalf of a notable real estate developer in respect of lease negotiations with a sports and leisure retailer for the third phase expansion space of their existing warehouse and distribution facility.
  • Acted on behalf of a prominent Montreal real estate owner and developer in connection with lease negotiations with a leading manufacturer and distributer of coffee makers and beverages in respect of premises totaling nearly 50,000 leasable sq. ft across 3 floors.
