Brianna Bertone
Associate
Brianna is an Associate in KRB’s Real Estate group and joined the team following the completion of her articles and two clinical learning internships. She regularly assists clients in all phases of their real estate projects, be it regarding structuring, financing, development or asset acquisition and sale.
Her time spent working as a member of the pre-development team of a tier 1 developer has helped her hone her strong attention to detail and ability find innovative solutions to clients’ concerns and challenges.
Outside of the office, Brianna is an active member of CREW M, the first network in the industry to be devoted to the promotion and success of women in commercial real estate.

Acted on behalf of a reputable real estate developer in respect of the construction financing for the development and construction of a 393-unit, purpose-built apartment building, including nearly 7,000 sq. ft. of non-residential space
Acted on behalf of a leading developer/property manager in connection with a construction financing for the development and construction of a purpose-built project with over 197,000 sq. ft. of leasable ground-floor space in addition to nearly 8,000 sq. ft. of leasable commercial space, comprising approximately 227 rental units and 14 townhomes
Acted on behalf of a prominent Montreal real estate owner in connection with the sale of a 146-unit residential portfolio
Acted on behalf of a real estate owner and developer in respect of the sale to a prominent REIT of (i) a two-phase multi-residential project, comprised of 70 and 54 units respectively, and (ii) the adjacent vacant land totaling approximately 10,000 sq. ft., in addition to the forward sale of a 60-unit building to be constructed by the vendor
Acted on behalf of a leading transport and logistics company in respect of obtaining credit facilities to assist in the acquisition of various properties and assets
Acted on behalf of a notable residential, commercial and industrial real estate developer in respect of the construction financing of a 64-story mixed-use development totaling over 600,000 buildable sq. ft. located in Montreal’s Downtown core
Acted on behalf of a privately held diversified company with subsidiaries operating in a variety of industries across Canada and the U.S. in respect of its acquisition of an industrial property located in Saint-Laurent, which transaction required a complex environmental due diligence exercise and risk assessment analysis by virtue of the former owner’s operations
Acted on behalf of the wholly-owned subsidiary of an eminent Montreal real estate developer in respect of the acquisition of a Gatineau shopping centre and excess land representing over 161,000 leasable sq. ft.
