Barbara is a partner in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. With over 25 years of experience, she handles a broad range of financing matters, including national and cross-border acquisition financings, various credit facilities, project and real estate financings, private placements, public offerings, and master lease financings.

Barbara advises a diverse array of financing stakeholders, such as lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers, on transactions involving operating lines of credit, asset-based financing, public financings, leasing, securitizations, real estate loans, infrastructure project financings, and construction financings. Her practice spans multiple industries, including financial institutions, transportation, natural resources, real estate, and manufacturing.

Not only does she regularly act on behalf of major Canadian, cross-border, and global syndicated financings, but she also plays a key role in M&A transactions, representing both purchasers and sellers.
