Ana Maria Lancranjan

Ana Maria is a Notary in KRB’s Real Estate group with experience in residential real estate transactions and more specifically in completing title examinations, legal drafting and preparation of real estate transactions. Her great attention to detail and meticulousness allow her to assist and accompany clients through every step of their real estate transactions.

Throughout her graduate years, Ana Maria has worked in several law practices and acted in many real estate transactions in preparation of the different files and conducting meetings. She also has significant experience in legal research and legal drafting. She has a strong interest towards corporate and tax law which drives her to push her learning and expertise further in that direction.

Ana Maria obtained her degrees in civil and notarial law from University of Sherbrooke. She was admitted to the Quebec Chamber of Notaries in 2023. She is also currently a candidate to the LL.M. degree in Taxation Law at the University of Sherbrooke. During her studies she dedicated her time to various committees and projects within her university such as Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) and the Centre pour femmes immigrantes de Sherbrooke.

Outside of work, Ana Maria is actively involved in volunteering for different organizations allowing her to give back to her community.
