Ana Maria Lancranjan

Ana Maria is a notary within the Real Estate Law group at KRB. With extensive expertise in residential real estate matters, she specializes in title examinations, drafting legal documents, and structuring real estate transactions. She also assists developers with the delivery of condominium units, ensuring compliance and seamless processes throughout. Known for her keen attention to detail and rigour, she provides comprehensive support to her clients across every stage of a mandate.

Ana Maria navigates complex real estate and condominium transactions with pragmatism and strategic insight. She works closely with stakeholders in the construction, investment, and property management sectors, offering strategic legal guidance aligned with their objectives. She also collaborates with lenders on commercial financing transactions.

Ana Maria contributes to university committees and projects, including Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) and the Centre for Immigrant Women of Sherbrooke. She also shares her expertise through conferences and publications on developments in notarial law.
