Alessia Sislian

Articling Student

Alessia is an articling student at KRB. She holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal. Before pursuing law, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, majoring in Psychology with minors in Behavioural Science and Education.

During her legal studies, Alessia completed internships with a multinational aerospace company, where she gained experience in M&A and commercial law. Her work focused on commercial agreements, procurement contracts, due diligence, corporate compliance, and litigation support. These experiences deepened her interest in transactional work, particularly its strategic and collaborative aspects.

Alessia was actively involved in student life, serving as Vice-President of both the Real Estate Law Committee and the Anglophone Law Students’ Committee. In these roles, she developed strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills while helping drive initiatives that enhanced student engagement and community involvement.
