KRB Advises UB Media Inc. on Two Strategic Acquisitions, Strengthening Its Growth in Canada
KRB is proud to have represented UB Media Inc., a Canadian advertising and media company operating digital screens and video networks nationwide, in connection with two strategic acquisition transactions concluded last month.
In the first transaction, KRB advised UB Media Inc. on its acquisition of Bell Media’s Lifestyle Network, an acquisition that expands UB Media’s national place-based video platform and strengthens its presence across venues throughout Canada.
In the second transaction, KRB represented the client in its acquisition of Pattison Outdoor’s Residential Network, further enhancing UB Media’s residential video offering and reinforcing its position as a leading player in the Canadian place-based media market.
Together, these acquisitions significantly advance UB Media’s growth strategy, broaden its national footprint, and position the company for continued innovation and expansion in the evolving digital media landscape.
