KRB advised TCU Development Corporation in connection with its strategic partnership with Fiera Real Estate for the development of SOUL, a purpose-built rental project in Ottawa’s Cyrville neighbourhood. The project will deliver a 21-storey, 271-unit residential building and represents a significant milestone for the client.
