KRB Advises Reftech International Inc. on its Strategic Acquisition of Technologie Anti-Corrosive T.A.C. Inc.

KRB is proud to have acted for Reftech International Inc. in connection with its strategic acquisition of Technologie Anti-Corrosive T.A.C. Inc. and its British Columbia subsidiary, Technical Acid Construction T.A.C. West Ltd., a leading Canadian industrial contractor specializing in corrosion protection, refractory installation, acid-proofing and industrial maintenance solutions for the mining, smelting, chemical processing and other heavy industrial sectors.

The transaction required the coordination of complex acquisition financing, regulatory and corporate structuring considerations, extensive commercial due diligence, and cross-jurisdictional legal matters involving both Québec and British Columbia, all within a tightly managed closing process.
