KRB acts for Ascot in acquisition of Beghelli

KRB represents Ascot Capital Group in its acquisition of Beghelli Canada Inc., a leader in the emergency & industrial lighting sector

KRB acted for Ascot Capital Group in its acquisition of Beghelli Canada Inc., a division of Beghelli S.p.A., a public company based in Italy.

Ascot Capital Group is the parent company of Standard Products, Stanpro Lighting Systems, AimLite and LumenTruss (the “Group”).

Beghelli Canada Inc. will be rebranded as Beluce Canada Inc. and will continue to manufacture and market the Beghelli brands of products. The existing operations and sales team of Beghelli Canada will work in tandem with the Group’s management and personnel to propel and strengthen the Group’s position in the Canadian market and lighting sectors and increase its overall value to the marketplace.

The KRB team members having worked on this transaction, which closed on April 30, 2019, included Chris Karambatsos, Maxime Cloutier, Aviad Grunbaum and Claudia De Minico.
