Environmental 360 Solutions Acquires SCP Inc. and Service Cité Propre Inc. in Quebec Expansion

In a significant move to expand its footprint in Quebec, Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (E360S), one of North America’s leading environmental management companies, has finalized its acquisition of SCP Inc. and Service Cité Propre Inc., both prominent players in municipal solid waste collection and environmental services in the Mauricie region.

This acquisition marks a pivotal moment for both E360S and the sellers, Olivier Charest and Denis Charest, who have successfully concluded the sale of their respective shares in the companies with the assistance of our own KRB team, Maxime Cloutier and Frédéric Madore Nadeau.
